Built around a clear business goal
Atria North was designed as a quiet, design-forward launch site for a freehold residential development in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. The site is structured as a numbered sequence of chapters, moving from four named residence types with sizing, to five curated amenity 'rooms,' a 15-minute neighbourhood matrix showing walk and drive times to the LRT, malls, and hospitals, a photographic lookbook, and a simple preview-registration flow. Restrained typography, generous whitespace, and an editorial numbering system give the development a considered, architectural feel distinct from a typical property brochure.
