1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you engage KinetiqIT for professional services, the proposal, quotation, statement of work, or other written agreement for that engagement will also apply. If those project-specific terms conflict with this page, the project-specific agreement takes priority.

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a harmful manner, or use its content to misrepresent an association with KinetiqIT.
3. Professional services
Project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, revision limits, payment milestones, support, and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal or written agreement. Estimates may change when requirements, dependencies, or requested deliverables change.

- Provide accurate requirements, feedback, approvals, content, and access within agreed timelines.
- Ensure you have permission to use all text, images, trademarks, data, and other materials supplied to us.
- Review deliverables and report issues within any acceptance period stated in the project agreement.
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.
5. Intellectual property
KinetiqIT retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods, know-how, and materials. Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables is determined by the applicable project agreement and may depend on full payment.
Website content, branding, case studies, text, and original visual materials on kinetiqit.com may not be copied or republished without permission, except where allowed by law.
6. Third-party services
Projects and this website may depend on third-party hosting, domains, software, payment providers, APIs, plugins, or platforms. Their availability, pricing, security, and terms are controlled by their respective providers. KinetiqIT is not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside our reasonable control.
7. Warranties and liability
This website is provided on an as-available basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and services reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be error-free.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KinetiqIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any project-specific liability terms are governed by the applicable written agreement.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to protect security or prevent misuse. Either party may end a professional engagement according to the termination provisions in its project agreement, including responsibility for completed work and committed costs.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Project-specific agreements may contain additional dispute resolution or jurisdiction provisions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will appear on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised website terms apply to your use.
